This fresh new, exciting production of Nutcracker from the Tashkent StateAcademic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet is a gem. Based on a fairy taleby E.T.A. Hoffman, the Nutcracker is a ballet in two acts choreographed by none other than Marius Petipa. The composer of this classic is Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Once again the lead pair Anna Dorosh and Aidar Akhmetov enchant and captivate the spectators with their breathtaking poetry in motion. Both ballets are accompanied by a full symphony orchestra and include no less than 150 dancers and musicians.
